It helps to include your device and OS version, the app version from Settings → About, and what you expected to happen. Please never send passwords or verification codes.

Subscriptions and refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google, not directly by MR CEO. To cancel: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. MR CEO cannot issue store refunds directly, but contact us if you need help understanding where to request one.

Your data

To delete your MR CEO account and associated synced personal content, see our Account Deletion page.

To request a copy of your account data, email support@mrceo.app from the email address associated with your account.
