Delete your account and data

MR CEO lets you delete your account and everything attached to it yourself, from inside the app. There is no form to fill in and no waiting on us.

In the app (fastest)

  • Open MR CEO and go to Settings.
  • Tap Account.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm.

This is permanent and immediate. It is not a soft “deactivate” that we can undo for you afterwards.

By email

If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email support@mrceo.app from the address on the account. We will verify it is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account record and every piece of content synced to MR CEO’s cloud database under it: CEO Moves, Notes, Reminders, Goals, Wishlist items, Vision Board items, Night Reviews, Weekly Reviews, your daily records (including the day’s Mindset), Routine items and completions, and your reflection entries — together with your push notification token, subscription status record, and Free-plan usage counters. Deleting the account removes all of these from our active systems.

The local database on the device you delete from is cleared at the same time, and you are signed out. If you were also signed in on another device, open MR CEO there and use Settings → Account → Remove data & sign out, or uninstall the app, to clear that device’s local copy too.

What is not affected

  • Your subscription. Billing belongs to Apple or Google, not to us. Deleting your MR CEO account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or you will keep being charged.
  • Analytics and crash reports. Usage events and crash reports already recorded in Firebase are not tied to your MR CEO account and are not deleted with it. They contain nothing you wrote.
  • Limited records. Transaction records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, and limited information kept for security, legal compliance, or in backups, may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Guest users

If you never created an account, there is no account or content in MR CEO’s cloud database to delete — your content only existed on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.
